Simple Wellness
(or what I like to call “Health Wealth”)
Our body is a machine for living.
It is organized for that, it is its nature.
Let life go on in it unhindered and let it defend itself,
it will do more than if you paralyze it by
encumbering it with remedies. ~Leo Tolstoy
Okay, let’s get one thing perfectly straight from the start …
I’m no purist.
I’ve been-there-done-that with the guilt of not always eating organic and preferring products with the occasional preservative.
Don’t get me wrong, a hot dog fan I surely am not, but give me a good pork barbecue once in awhile and I WILL enjoy every last finger lickin’ drop.
Heck I’ll even down several ibuprofen when muscle pain even so much as whispers.
So what’s that got to do with Health Wealth??
Well, let me ask you this … what’s health wealth mean to you?
For me Simple Wellness, true Health Wealth, is about finding a happy medium.
You know, a graceful place somewhere between the convenience of frozen foods and the inconvenience of growing it all myself … bugs and all.
A balance between landing in the doctor’s office at the onset of each and every sniffle and the total rejection of modern medicine as we know it.
And whatever I bring into my life has GOT to be simple. Or I won’t use it… it just won’t happen.
Not that I won’t mean to, but I know myself … the chances of me making the time often enough to make a difference are slim to none.
Does any of this sound familiar??
There are a few Simple Wellness areas that I have products and ideas to share in:
- Gentle Detoxing
- Thrush and Candida Symptoms
- Whole Food Nutrition
- Organic Skin Care
- Alternative First Aid
I’ve been accused of bringing nothing but good things to the table … it’s been both a burden and a blessing. HUGE responsibility that’s for sure!
I leave it to you to decide whether you want to trust my judgment.
Simple Wellness Blessings,

The best six doctors anywhere
And no one can deny it
Are sunshine, water, rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly you attend
If only you are willing
Your mind they’ll ease
Your will they’ll mend
And charge you not a shilling.

What the River Knows, 1990
